This is more for the young mans protection then that of the young woman. If he decides to end the relationship how likely is it that she could use the law as revenge?
If she's not legal where you live then please, for crying out loud, wait until she is. In fact they have less value then a cockroach and some prisoners view them as excellent punching bags. Dating is not a game. There are no methods to re-do a certain task or erase something which you have done.
Again, there is no guidebook from which to learn the skills. You have to learn by hit and trial.
